Taking out of Jockey pump set 15 HP from foundation after disconnection from motor and transportation to workshop , dismantling the pump for repair/ overhauling including cleaning of all parts of pump assembly throughly, including machine work of pump shaft inorder to obtain smooth finish including necessary polishing etc and transporting to MES pump huse, fitting on foundation, using helium gasket sheet not less then 1mm thick & to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge. all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts as required shall be measure & paid seperately against the relevant items.

Taking out of Jockey Motor 15 HP from foundation after disconnection from Pump and transportation to workshop , dismantling the Motor for Rewinding Jockey motor set 15 HP with super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate same gauge of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation as recommended by manufacturer with high quality normex insulating paper applying best quality insulating varnish on stator/rotor windings drying them completely, testing the insulations to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge. all as specified and directed.
