Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lift as per drawing and MORD technical specifications cluse 1603.1 including carriage of materials within all leads and lift complrte as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate crushed 40 mm( forty milimetre nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete mechnically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal mix) using vibrater including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete for Plan / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause - 802,803,1202 & 1203.in R.C.C grade M-20(1.2.4. nominal mix 20mm ) Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v);20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 614,,709,1204.3.7 and as per satisfaction,directin by Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materails with in all leads and lifts. Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, (I) Granular material, Including carriage of material within all leads upto leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work) for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil complete as per H.P.PWD. Specifications incluing carriage of materaals in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller including making the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per H.P.PWD specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lift and as per the direction by the Engineer-In- charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by manual means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 90mm to 45mm (Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type A 13.2mm (Thirteen Point two millimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 (One) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by manual means including carriage of materials with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by manual means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven Point two millimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (Two) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by manual means including carriage of materials with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by manual means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty Three millimetre to Twenty Two point Four millimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven Point two millimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (Three) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by manual means including carriage of materials with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminious Concrete 25 mm with 100-120 TPH batch Type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour, using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6% of mix& filler, transporting the hot mixto work site, layingwith a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level & alignment rolling with smooth wheel vibratory& tendam rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTHspecification clause No.509 complete in all respect including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002, 1005, 1010 and 1202 including carriage of material upto all heights and leads as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting a "W"metal beam crash barrier comprisingof 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal rail 70 cm. above road/ground level fixed on GI Sheet channel vertical post 150 x 75 x5 mm spaced 1.5 m center to center,1.8 m high,1.1 m below ground /road level, all steel part and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to conferms to IS:1367 and Is:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810 including high intensity grade all weather proof reflective sheeting multi colour tape fixed with mechanical means with high visible(cautionary) from long distance i.e. in fog prone area, black spot point and narrow curve etc. including providing and fixing of high intensity reflective all weather proof multi colour taps/ sheet size 300 mm x 450 mm of approved shade and quality, fixed over on front face of longitudinal channel rail of W-Metal beam crash barrier with mechanical means with high visibility from long distance in fog prone area, black spot point and narrow curve etc. including rubbing and fixing the sheet etc. as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
