Cleaning of Sewage CI/PVC pipe line of 75mm bore fixed in any position by means of rodding of any other sources and clean out the sluge /liquid mud or any other obstruction material including working in foul position and depositing of sludge/silt/liquid mud beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as directed. Note: items includes working in shaft portion upto 6 th story building necessary arrengment included in quoted cost.

Cleaning of Sewage CI/PVC pipe line of 100mm bore fixed in any position by means of rodding of any other sources and clean out the sluge /liquid mud or any other obstruction material including working in foul position and depositing of sludge/silt/liquid mud beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as directed. Note: items includes working in shaft portion upto 6 th story building necessary arrengment included in quoted cost.

Cleaning of Sewage pipe line (RCC/SGSW) of Upto 300mm bore by means of sewage cleaning jet machine / compressors/Drain jetters Pumps and clean out the sluge /liquid mud or any other obstruction material to any depth including nesesarry rodding, working in foul position and depositing of sludge/silt/liquid mud beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete with all specified pressure rating and complete all as directed by Enge-in-charge. Note :- all other arrengment of electricity, water, etc included in quoted cost.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1.50 mtr depth from bottom of manholes surface including working in foul position and removing of sludge/ silt/liquid mud or any other obstructions materials etc from manholes and depositing beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr depth from bottom of manholes surface including working in foul position and removing of sludge/ silt/liquid mud or any other obstructions materials etc from manholes and depositing beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes exc 3.00 mtr but not exc 4.50mtr depth from bottom of manholes surface including working in foul position and removing of sludge/ silt/liquid mud or any other obstructions materials etc from manholes and depositing beyond the premises of MOD land etc complete all as directed.

De-watering including slugging mud or other waste materials etc from septic tanks by means of pumping device or mechanical including draining out & removal of sludge out of MOD land by means of covered tank complete all as directed. Note: - The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included in the operation of moveable to sewage pump for dewatering of septic tank & sokage wells where ever is required. Nothing extra admissible on this account.

De-watering including slugging mud or other waste materials etc from Soak well and also taking out brick bats / stone aggregates by means of pumping device / mechanically / Manually including draining out & removal of sludge out of MOD land by means of covered tank complete all as specified and as directed Note: - The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included in the operation of moveable to sewage pump for dewatering of septic tank & sokage wells where ever is required. Nothing extra admissible on this account.

Taking down PVC soil waste/rain water pipes ( any size or pattern,fixed in any position or laid in floor/earth) including all fittings head shoes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length pressure rating 4Kg/Sq cm medium Grade fixed to walls in any position or laid in floor/earth with dash true nut and bolt at every 2mtr length including) including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius With or without access door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,cable laying,sewage/water lines etc complete and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exe 1.5m wide and exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation or shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes up to 200 mm dia (Salt galzed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete set in cement mortar etc complete all as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete drain pipes of 150 mm dia bore class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars upto 10mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking , bending spiraly for hooping for columns, hooking with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angles, tees, flats, C section, Ms square bars etc as in steel gates, steel posts and struts in fencing, grills fixed to framed or indipendent members including embedding in concrete and screwing and welding whereever required etc. including cut to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting, welding or riveting and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining & fixing to any type of standard nails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S&F hot dipped galvanised concertina razer tape coil 600mm dia, spring steel high tensile centre core wire 2.5 mm dia having 200-250gm zinc coating, 0.5 mm thick razer sheet having 90-120gm, zinc coating & min 10 mm width ( before wraping centre core wire),with GI clip 1.6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing of steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for completely removal of existing treatment from wall, chajja, facia and preapring plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing of steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dewatering including sludging mud incl Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc with brush from STATIC WATER TANKS of capacity exc 200KL but not exc 500 KL incl pumping by mechanical, including draining out & removal of sludge out of MoD land by means of covered tank including complete removal of all scale and dirt etc from tank surface and repairs req if any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering including sludging mud incl Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc with brush from OVERHEAD WATER TANKS of capacity exc 10KL but not exc 50 KL incl pumping by mechanical, including draining out & removal of sludge out of MoD land by means of covered tank including complete removal of all scale and dirt etc from tank surface and repairs req if any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tank/reservoir lining shall be Nitocote EP405 of 200 micron DFT or equivalent as approved by GE, a two coat of coating specific ally designed for contact with potable water. The cured film shall comply with the requirements of IS:9833 – 1981 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 33900.00
