M&L for approved colour & shade Virified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish of the premisses complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchtiles in vertical surface including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone masnary work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
