Note:- Tiling work shall be done with spacer of 3 to 5 mm and using tile leveling machine for checking level of adjecent tiles. This provision rate shall be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

All as per item No.32 above but on skirting over with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. M&L Black granite (of any type), 25 mm thick machine cut laid over cement screed as in cooking platform and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the Black granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Black granite (of any type), 20mm thick machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of Black granite stone including grinding and polishing complete with and including backing coat in 10mm thick CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc (laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick of size not less than 0.30 Sqm of each slab over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing with and 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Single piece tiles will be placed on the surface of stair case tread area).

M&L for Kota stone slab 15mm thick in riser of bricks steps & riser of staircase , skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with & including backing coat in 10mm thick CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Single piece tiles will be placed on the surface of stair case riser area)

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas upto three storeys, RCC Water tanks and similar suspended work and making good the disturbed area in CM 1:3. and of any type and description not otherwise described for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 Type-B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing even and smooth with mixing of liquid WPC on roof surfaces. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately in respectve item.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces at bottom and sides up to floor level with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty as approved by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.
