Clearing jungle/grass/ malba/building rubish/waste materials etc including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, above ground level mechanically/manually whichever required and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Deploying 2 nos. (Two number) of Environment Assistant for 8 hours shift per day for cleaning & sweeping of corridors, passages,varandah, staircases, badminton court, basements, and all other common areas on all floors. All areas are to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.The work also includes collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping grounds, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.This item includes the cost of all necessary cleaning materials, such as brooms, and other tools and equipment required to carry out the work effectively. Any fines or challans issued by MCD, NGT,DDA or any other statutory authority on account of unsatisfactory cleaning or maintenance will be borne solely by the contracting agency.

Deploying 2 nos. (Two number) of Environment Assistant for 8 hours shift per day for cleaning & sweeping of roads, berms, foothpaths, parking, open space, grass paver, collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item includes the provision for an Environmental Assistant equipped with cleaning tools such as nariyal brooms, kassie, khappachi, bamboo sticks, a rickshaw and other required tool as required.
