M&L for Dismantling complete Compressor set , 30 TR capacity of make Accel, Model SMC-8-65 and overhauling the compressor by repair and checking of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers and gaskets. Rematlling and balancing of piston, replacement of piston ring,scrapper ring, split pin, castle nut, bushing for piston pin, and set of sealing ring of compressor including necessary machine work and replacement of other defective spares, reassemblying the compressor set after the repair and tested for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item. (ii) Cost of Tansportation from site to workshop (If any) and back shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for taking out / purging of refrigerant gas from the system of AC plant 3 x 15 TR capacity for carrying out vacuum test by vacuuming the whole A/c plant with the help of vacuum pump and checking the complete system for leakages. Carrying out the pressure test by charging the nitrogen gas in the system and checking of any leakage point , repair / rectification of the same and removing the nitrogen gas from the system and charging of refrigerant gas including charging of additional gas as required and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)The arrangement of T&P Nitrogen gas shall be contractors responsibility. (ii) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking out / purging of refrigerant gas from the system of A/c plant 3 x 30 TR capacity for carrying out vacuum test by vacuuming the whole AC plant with the help of vacuum pump and checking the complete system for leakages. M&L in repairs to Pakage type air conditioner in situ position of capacity mentioned below of any make and any type by replacing unserviceable compressor and other parts from the machine including charging of refrigerant gas after vaccuming and leak testing including brazing the suction / discharge tubes where required and cleaning of condensing unit to achieve proper cooling effect, checking of electronic circuit of machine and repair where necessary by replacing electronic parts and changing of wirings with of PVC insulated wires as per existing type and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Compressor and other parts needed for repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item given in schedule 'A' here in after as supply only. (ii) Existing refrigerant gas shall be preserved in a empty cylinder for re-use in new compressor and additional requirement of refrigerant charging shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only new compressor 2.5 TR capacity 3 phase 440 V complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Emerson/Carreir or equivalent.

S&F multi capacitor complete as per existing one and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unservceable sensing unit of ductable Spit AC 7.5/8.5 TR, S&F new sensing unit of ductable split AC unit 7.5/8.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and refixing new outdoor fan motor single phase 240 volt AC as per existing size for ductable split AC 7.5/8.5 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding of size & discription to match with existing including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair and comprehensive maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Flow (Samsung make) system (11 x 2)TR equipped with invertor, compressors, acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item required for replacement like as copper tubing, through authorised service agent of manufacturer for the complete plant by servicing to outdoor condensor unit complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Copper cable required for any size (upto 6 sqmm ) for interlocking connection shall be deemed in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling cooling tower by removing CT Fans sprinklers, PVC Fills , cleaning complete cooling tower body, removing scale, dust, dirt and refilling old PVC fills (serviceable qty shall be reused to the extent available) after cleaning with diluted HCL solution, assembling ,connecting , cleaning existing external surfaces and applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint including and testing etc. for the cooling tower of 24/30 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Extra PVC fills/sprinkler assembly/fan assembly required to complete the job shall only be measured and paid separately as supply only to the extent required and ordered.

Supply only sprinkler assembly complete with header nozzles made out of galvanised iron suitable to fix in cooling towers of 24/30 TR capacity AC plants complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cooling tower fan assembly with low speed fan with noise level not exc 75 DBA made out of propeller type light weight solid/ hollow FRP rust resistant with statically and dynamically balanced blades suitable for 24 TR capacity AC plant complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Outlet velocity of air shall not be less than 610 mtrs/ min (ii) Fan shall be protected by a fan guard and bird screen of galvanised steel construction. (iii) G SS/ SS 304 fan guard shall be provided over the fan motor for protection against rain water.

M&L for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of 24 TR capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of U/S foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pan made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of 60 TR capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of unsevicable foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pan made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU of 24TR capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and remetaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU of 60 TR capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and remetaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to leakages /damaged cooling coil for AHU 24 TR capacity by blocking/ by passing the corroded/ leakaged tube of DX coil, involving following activities:- (i) Removing the cooling coil from Air Handling unit and transport to the contractor /approved workshops. (ii) Leakage testing of the DX coil using nitrogen gas and finding the leakage tubes. (iii) Blocking/ By passing the leakaged copper tube and connect the copper tube with suitable new 'U' bends etc., by brazing. (iv) Straighten the fins of cooling coil using suitable brushes. (v) Painting of cooling coil with applying two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surface. (vi) Reasembling the cooling coil to the Air handling unit and again testing with nitrogen to the complete system for 08 hours for 24 TR capacity of the Air handling Units complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the SMC 8-65 Accel compressor by disconnecting the suction, discharge and liquid lines by cutting/brazing and taking down from the existing position, Compressor motor of 60 HP capacity by disconnecting the electrical connection and nuts and bolts from the base by dismantling the base of compressor and compressor motor, dismantling the suction and discharge valves of compressors by disconnecting the nuts and bolts and rubber gaskets, dismantling the bolts from compressor body and base of the foundation, taking out the channels of MC 150 from the PCC foundation by dismentling the PCC foundation with the PCC frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling two Nos 7.5 Hp capacity condenser pump motor from their flange including the rubber gasket and dismantling the channels frame of MC - 100 from the PCC foundation by taking out the unserviceable PCC foundation with the PCC frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the SMC 8-65 Accel, compressor by connecting the suction, discharge and liquid lines with the help of of nuts/bolts/welding/brezing, refixing the compressor motor of 60 HP capacity on the base with the help of nuts and bolts in the base frame, taking alignment of the compressor and compressor motor, refixing the suction and discharge valves of compressor, fixing the bolts on compressor and compressor body in base frame, fixing the channels of MC 150 on the PCC foundation with the help of bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing two in Nos 15 Hp capacity condenser pump motor flange with the help of rubber gasket, fixing nuts and bolts in the channels frame of MC - 100 on the pcc foundation, connecting all the electric connection and conforming the pumps are running satisfactorily without the vibration etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm grade aggregate for foundations of PVC water tank, chiller tank, cooling tower, chilled water line, base of pump, panel boards etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for changing of base frame of compressor and compressor motor made out of medium grade iron channels of size MC - 150 grouting in the pcc foundation for the fixing of nuts and bolts of compressor and compressor motors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for changing of base frame of condenser pump motor made out of medium grade iron channels of size MC-100 grouting in the pcc foundation for the fixing of nuts and bolts of the motor pumps etc complete all as specified and directed.
