Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderer in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.15 lakhs in the past three years i.e. 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 certified by the C.A

Tenderer should have Income Tax returns filed for the 3 year i.e. 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24

The Tenderer should have the audit report for the three years viz 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 certified by the C.A. (With UDIN Number)

three years experience in selling the Electronic goods to the Govt Organization or University

The OEM should have relevant ISO certificate issued by the competent authorities. ( copy should be enclosed)

Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation charges and all applicable charges.

Bidder should submit Camera Samples to take Fair Decision in Tender process and Qaulity Assurance

Bidder must abide to all terms and conditions as per the document Attached

The CCTV OEM should have its office in Karnataka. Required sales, service tax number/ certificate to be provided along with the bid.

The CCTV OEM should have a service center with in the buyer district

The Camera OEM should comply to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) . OEM need to submit its certificate with technical bid
