Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr. depth including cost of all labour, labour cess and T&P for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all royalties, labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

R.C.C. work of grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size downgraded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position. Foundation/ Footing

Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance of M.S. rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour, labour cess with T & P required for the work etc complete in all floors (Weight of binding wires and lapping & wastage of rod will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of actual length of M.S. rods or Tor steel only.)

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
