Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials use ful for re-use for any thickness of Floor finish with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles / Cuddapah slabs etc.complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of not less than 10km within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low place and levelling etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Installation Charges inclusive of Transportation to site and the Bored pile equipment employed for the works including setting up of pile driving equipment with all accessories and tools at each of the pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the departmental Engineers irrespective of the location and distance involved in movement of pile driving equipment etc., complete.

Installation of Vertical bored cast in situ RCC piles of basic length 20 RM in all types of soil with M30 Grade using Ready Mix Concrete (Sulphate resistant Cement), Supply and erection of reinforcement, shoe, fabrication, including cost of binding wire, cutting, tying, welding and placing the reinforcement cage in correct position, driving and removing the temporary casing pipe of full depth, shifting the plant and equipments from one point to another, carryingout any ancillary work adjacent to piling work, trimming the concrete above cutoff level, cleaning the debris and levelling the site etc, as directed by the Departmental Engineers.The Rig capacity,height of Towerand length of casing pipe etc., must be adequate to take care of change in soil profile. The length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pilecap. Testing of Concrete as specified in IS 456/2000 acceptance criteria as per clause 16.1. Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site.

500 mm dia pile having longitudinal reinforcement of 10 Nos of 16 mm dia with helical reinforcement of 8 mm dia @ 200 mm c/c with inner rings of 12 mm dia @ 1000 mm c/c with lifting hook of 12 mm dia required depth.

Initial Load Test as per IS 2911 Part IV 1985 including cost of single pile (250% of pile capacity), labour, reinforcement charges and all other incidential charges including excavation, shoring, strutting, dewatering etc. as necessary hire charges for jacks, measuring devices, Structural Frame work for platform, Kent ledges etc, as required and providing pilecap.

Routine load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1995 (150% of pile capacity) including labour charges for jack, measuring devices, structural frame work plot form, kent ledges etc., as required and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for Isolated, Combined and Other type foundations in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2.00mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 30cm thick, well rammed and consolidated including watering using power roller by hire basis etc.,The rate is conveyance charges, loading and unloading , refilling charges and hire charges for power roller machine etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in basement with Stone dust (Quarry dust) in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification (By means of manual mixing)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor Slab, Roof Slab, Loft, Landing Slabs, etc with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over steel adjustable span of size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 440 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.40, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5136 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 6313 Part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. (Measurements taken for the plinth area for the purpose of payment) including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The chemical should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on work).

Stage-1: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution for the foundation before laying concrete, in bottom and sides of foundation.

Stage-2: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level, spraying has to done for the grade beam, brick masonry contact with the back fill earth.

Stage-3: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution on the sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. This treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling by making holes with crow bar to a depth of 60cms and at 60cms intervals on both direction and at junction of wall and flooring thoroughout.

Stage-4: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution alround building outside by making holes through bar before laying plinth protection and the holes to be closed after the treatment

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Second class Ground moulded Chamber Brick of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.In Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and six sand)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing Double /Full round nosing for steps including cost of rent of grinding machine, labour etc complete as per the direction of the department officers.

Cladding the vertical wall surface with pre polished ruby red granite slab of size 1200x600 of 18 to 20mm thick of approved colour and best quality free from all defects set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 10mm thick. The joint shall flush with face or granite slab and in line. The joints shall be pointed with same color pigments mixed with white cement of 1.8 kg/sq.m. The slabs so laid shall be supported with suitable arrangements for a period of 2 hours after laying to avoid falling granite slabs by its self weight after laying its position. The granite slab shall be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works etc complete. The rate is including labour, all material, scaffolding charges, hire charges for granite cutting machine, power consumption etc complete

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (600x 600 x 8mm)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Ceramic Tiles (600 x 600 x 8 mm)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300mm x 600 mm x 8mm

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Laying of screed concrete using Cement concrete mix 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using HBGS 6-10mm ISS metal for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the top of roof with solar reflective ceramic tiles (required design) of 305x 305x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint ,curing etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles (Johnson endura or equivalent) should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Brick jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two sand and five brick jelly ) using 40mm gauge brick jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor finish, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification.(For flooring in toilet portioins except water closet portions)

Supplying, Erecting and Fixing Ornamental Entrance Main Door made of first quality Teak wood as per the approved design. The above Main door consists of two openable doors with two leaves, with three single leaf fixed doors i.e two fixed at either side flanks and one fixed at the middle separating the two openable doors altogether to a total size 3.20 x 3.00 m and over which a fixed glazed portion of size 3.20 x 0.60, 1.20 x 0.60 - 2Nos m made of first quality Teak wood is erected butting with the bottom of the roof beam as per the drawing. The door portion consists of two openable double leaf doors one meant for entry and another one for exit duly separated by 3 fixed doors, two at either ends and one at middle separating the openable doors The fixed portions above the door has also been partitioned accordingly with frames similar to that of the fixed and openable doors in detailed below. All the members of the door frames are of size 125mm x 75 mm each joined by means of dovetail joint with necessary nails and suitable adhesives. The size of the fixed panels is 0.90m x 2.40m. Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter 35 mm thick with commercial ply on both sides & teak lipping alround and laminated on bothsides with 1 mm thick MICA sheet of approved design with necessary adhesive and C.P.screws, including fixing for aldrop , tower bolt, hinges and lock strike plates , putty, fevical etc., and including the cost of aluminium hinges 125x 30mm size -3 Nos. Antique brass aldrop of size 250x16mm 1No, Antiquebrass tower bolt of size 250x12 mm -1 No. , Antique brass tower bolt of size 200x12mm-1 No, Antique brass door stopper with Nylon bush-1No. shall be provided. All aluminium furniture fittings are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm. The Inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750Kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10X10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screww to be provided for each vertical members,Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by engineer-In-Charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, aminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550Kg/Cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm(+/-1mm) etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing, supplying & fixing of glazed 2.5Track -2 Panel Sliding Window with White profile made out of multi chambered uPVC sections with TPV gaskets . having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles through out the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 94 x 45 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and sash with overall size of 39 x 58 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness, mesh sash of overall size 25 x 42mm. Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20 x 18mm and coextruded with gasket. Composition of profile shall consist a minimum of 6 PHR of TiO₂ for every 100 parts of PVC resin. Stainless steel (S.S 304 Grade) mesh shall be provided in mesh shutter Windows shall be provided with 4mm pin head glass, standard hardware & single point locking system of flush lock. Supplying and fixing M.S. Grills of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window opening etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members,welding,grinding,one coat of primary coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, dismantling of walls / concrete if necessary, fixing and finishing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Manufacturing,supplying and fixing of stainless steel hand rails for main staircase using 50 mm dia 304 L grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60 mm thick at required locations to a height of 900 mm from finished floor level welded to 38 mm dia stainless steel pipe post of 1.00 mm thick as vertical at 900 mm centre with 2 nos of 25 mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60 mm thick in between.The Vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6 mm Ms base plate encased in the base concrete.Thje rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges,etc.,complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing.
