Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed of size 6mm with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.
