Providing and carrying out waterproofing detailing and joint treatment system for over concrete,APP,SBS membrane surface etc. using Triflex ProDetail (or approved equivalent) - 2-component PMMA base liquid applied waterproofing system reinforced with special polyester perforated fleece to provide watertight joints which becomes rainproof after 30 mins of application, having certifications like ETAG 005 for durabiity, CE Certification, Root resistance as per FLL std, Fire proof as per EN 13501 etc. Surface preparation includes cleaning of surface, mask the area using suitable masking tape, mix and apply Triflex Cryl Primer 222 (or approved equivalent) over cleaned surface using suitable brush/roller coverage 0.4-0.5 kg/m2 , or Surface preparation includes cleaning of metal surface, mask the area using suitable masking tape, mix and apply Triflex Metal primer (or approved equivalent) over cleaned surface using suitable brush/roller coverage 80-100 ml/m2 , allow the primer to cure for approx. 45 mins @ 30 °C, or Surface preparation includes cleaning of glass surface with suitable glass cleaner etc, mask the area using suitable masking tape, clean glass surface using acetone, mix and apply Triflex Glass primer (or approved equivalent) over cleaned surface using suitable brush/roller coverage 50-60 ml/m2 , allow the primer to cure for approx. 10 mins @ 30 °C, allow the primer to cure for approx. 25-30 mins @ 30 °C, prepare Triflex ProDetail coating by adding Triflex catalyst (or approved equivalent) @ 20 gm/kg and mix using slow speed drill for min 2-3 mins, apply first coat by using suitable brush/roller coverage @ 2.0 kg/m2, installing Triflex fleece while coating is still wet, roll the same to saturate in coating followed by application of second coat of Triflex ProDetail coverage @ 1.0 kg/m2. Triflex ProDetail system (or approved equivalent) exhibits properites like Shore A Hardenss75 as per ASTM D2240, Tear resistance with fleece- >20 N/mm(ASTM D624), Tensile Strength-> 3 N/mm2 (ASTM D412), Elongation-> 40 %(ASTM D412), Peel Adhesion to concrete - 1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D7234) Note: Entire built up system will be of single water proofing products manufacturer.

Providing and fixing G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Removal of existing bituminous tarfelt and cleaning complete as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Filling the gap between standing seam roofing system and flushing sheet by providing weather silicon sealant of make dowsel 789 or equivalent over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
