Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of embankment with approved deposited at site from right of way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement talbe table 300-2.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing laying and spreading WMM G-3 material on Prepared sub base, with cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material Manually, Mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired uncomfined comprresive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC with 1% cement (OPC) and 3.5% and 3.5% bitumen emulsion(SS-2) in mechnical mix plant (pag nil) carriage of mixed materila by tipper two site laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting smooth wheel roller of 80-100 km to achieve the desired density. including lighting barricating and maintance and direversion as table no. 4000.11/400.12 and techical specification no. 406.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Primed surface/bitumen surface cleaned with mechanical broom for B.C.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 50 mm Thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25/30 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type H.M.P. producing and average output of 75 tonne per hour using hard crushed aggregates of specified grading premix with bituminous binder grade VG-30 @ 5.5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compection as per M.O.R.T & H specification clause 508 complete in all respects .including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.including all materials, labours etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.
