Item to include all moulding and chamber to be made as per original design indicated by the Engineer In Charge. (The rate includes the cost of teakwood, labour charges for wrought and putup to the existing clue/design, fixing in position to true alignment and gradient wherever necessary. Complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (sample of teakwood to be shown to the Executive Engineer concerned for approval before use on work). Renewing and fixing eaves board of size 25cm x 2cm using teakwood of best quality as per existing style inluding cost of teakwood, labour wrought and putup, labour charges for fixing in position etc.complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying and fixing ISMB 500 girder of size 500mmx180mmx10.20mm for 5 m and above for the various spans using laid below the madras terrace roof in the places of rafters to support the roof and also along the either side of walls below the wooden rafter and fixed ISMB-500 ‘I’ Section over the cable blocks the rate including cost of dismantling the brick work wherever necessary for fixing the ‘I’ Section and redoing the same and also the cost of ‘I’ Section labour charges hire charges for welding machineries, hoist for lifting and hire charges for hydraulic manuals Jacky, two legged scaffolding, centering for adjacent rafters and other allied tools etc., complete including the cost of porting of ISMB-500 ‘I’ section etc and one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete. Providing water membarane treatement to the leaky terrace using Synthetic Butadine Rubber sheet (SBR) including hacking the surfaces and roughening the old RCC roof surface with wire brushes and tools wherever necessary and the Synthetic Butadine Rubber sheet (SBR) has been laying before weathering course brick jelly concrete and with using necessary SBR adhesive to carefuly laying with proper joints ( the joints over lap to be not more than over lap 15cm to 20cm ) etc, including labour for laying the sheets etc complete including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Lime Mortar 1:2 (One lime and Two sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of lime used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with lime mortar 1:1.5 (One Lime and One and half Sand)mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Finishing the top of roof surface using specially manufactured superior quality terrace tiles of size 150x150x20mm (nattu odu) for heritage works laid with Lime mortar 1:2 (one Lime and two sand). The Terrace tiles should be laid on such a manner with proper slope and gradient that the rain water gets discharged easily through rain water outlet pipes freely. The quality of lime to be procured shall be of best and high calcium oxide content quality etc complete.The rate including cost of all materials,Labour charges, lift arrangements, tranportation of material from G.F to T.F by head load and finishing neatly etc complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Matt Finish Heritage pattern Special Desing Tiles of size 400 x 400 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (polished) in all floors laid in of Cement mortor 1:3 (one Cement Three sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

[The barricade will remain in the same location till the completion of the project and No additional charges shall be paid for the extended period of contract]
