By Mechanical Means (with Milling machine) : Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level, cleaning the surface property after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the miles materials for re use, neccesary guarding barricading & lighting, including hirecharge of machinery, cost of fule and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer-in- charge.

Removal of milled material from site to plant for for recycle upto 1.00 km including extra lead upto Plant.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
