M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV VCB of any type and capacity upto 800 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleaning with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load and complete all as specified and directed.

Note- (i). Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under revelent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item. (ii) The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM. (iii) Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only. (iv) The complaints to be attended & rectified within 24 hrs of its receiving, if the time exceeds more than 24 hrs an amount of Rs 500/- will be deducted for every 24 hrs thereafter. This is applicable for all complaints included in the BOQ items. (v) Contractor will submit letter for approval of Supervisor from Engineer-in-Charge before commencing the work and he should be report to the concerned JE daily, if he fails to report in any day except holiday the recovery of Rs 650/- will be deducted form contractor work done.

Disconnection and taking out unserviceable distribution Transformer of capacity 160/200/250/500 KVA 11/0.415 KV from sub station for the following phase of works complete all as specified and directed

(a) Dismantling the Transformer of 160/200/250/500 KVA, 11/0.415 KVA capacity and transporting the Transformer from Sub station to workshop and draining out oil and storing aside lifting of core and winding assembly, further dismantling and segregation of HT/LT serviceable and unserviceable winding, taking out old worn out insulator, separators set for strip, inspection and further necessary repair and carrying out cleaning of complete transformer, removing of all worn out gasket/Jointing materials, oil seals. Segregation of all serviceable spares/ accessories/ components for reuse and replacement of unserviceable spares/accessories/ components with new materials and reassembling and transporting the transformer to sub stn after carrying out repair including dehydration and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cost of Supply and fixing of nuts, bolts, washers fevicol sleeves cotton tapes etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note:- Necessary test of Transformer shall be carried out by factory as per is in presence of MES representative and Test report shall be submitted to the department.

Material and Labour for HT/LT winding of Transformer super enameled copper wire/strip of appropriate cross section and turn as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for re-insulation by wrapping with new insulation paper after taking down old burnt insulation including assembly and connection for 160/200/250/500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Carrying out replacement of all Gasket using rubber cork sheet of 6.0 mm thick including providing gasket cement adhesive complete all as specified and directed

Taking Down old Unserviseable Radiator, conservator Oil Tank and supply & Fixing new Radiator, conservator Oil Tank as per existing make and size of Capacity of 200KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers at different location of CGRA/DHQ-7 with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose. (iii) The dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Transformer capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA

Material and Labors for shifting of transformer from one area to another area of CGRA/DHQ-7 and placing in position including installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable HT/ LT cable of any sizes,in any position from trench/duct, cleaning the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers or GI pipe of any description for remove/re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 11000V grade cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Make : Finolex/Gloster/ICL.

Taking down of HT cable 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core from trenches/ panel/ wall for locating the fault and relaying the same after rectfication of fault complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of fault rectfication like HT jointing kits ,thimbles, HT tape etc will be measured & paid seperatly)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep in depth in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed
