M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces & applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old internal/external wall/ceiling/chajja surfaces by means of scraping machine/manually including filling the cracks, remove the nails, vegetations etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.. Note : Bidder shall considered height of bldgs upto 06th storey while quoting and cost of scaffolding wherever required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the tenderer.

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying ONE coat of acrylic distemper oil emulsion over coat of primer for smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying TWO coats of acrylic distemper oil emulsion over coat of primer for smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall applying ONE coat of exterior weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives of required shade that offers anti fungle high performance exterior wall finished with high performance complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge. Note : Bidder shall considered height of bldgs upto 06th storey while quoting and cost of scaffolding wherever required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the tenderer.

M&L preparation of OLD painted wooden /wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth by washing down with solution of alkaline soap to remove all loose dirt and oily & grease spots and applying ONE coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bidder shall considered height of bldgs upto 06th storey while quoting and cost of scaffolding wherever required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the tenderer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) plaster on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:4 ) plaster on wall/ concrete surfaces , finished even and without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L re-writing letters or figures (Block roman italic or Indian ) using synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved not exceeding 30 cm height incl stops, commas, short lines, dashes etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at tarrace / roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing to mouth of RWP by using CM (1:3) mix and sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make joint of rain water pipe and roof surface fully leak proof complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Vitrified Ceramic dark shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillars, window -cills cooking platforms and like in cement mortal (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top), white colour, triple layer construction hoisted & fixed in position, including 20mm dia ball valve of PTMT including dismantling of old tank complete all as specified and as directed.
