Supply and fix bronze butterfly valve 50mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bronze butterfly valve 40mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 40mm borecomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing medium grade ISI Marked on wall/ laying on floor/ceiling including with all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge for following sizes.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -14846 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position:-

(a) 200mm dia

(b) 150mm dia

Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from clarifiers (Primary and secondary) of STP and disposal of the same to a distance exc 25 mtr and not exc 50 mtr to drying bed and spreading leveling etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : This operation shall be carried out once in every three months i.e total four time in a year and every operation shall be measured and paid seperately)

Taking down accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water silt, sand and foreign particles from dry and wet sump of row-sump-cum pump house of STP and depositing to drying bed at a distance exc 25 mtr but not exc 50 mtr and spreading, levelling complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : This operation shall be carried out once in every three months i.e four times in a year every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from recirculaltion well, low lift and sludge wells (10 Nos) depositing to a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 100 mtr to drying bed and spreading, levelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : This cleaning shall be done once in every month and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulated sludge and foreign particles from screen chamber of STP and depositing to drying bed at distance not exc 25 mtr spreading, levelling complete all as specified and directed (Note : This cleaning work shall be done once in a day and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulated sludge and foreign particle from the grit channel and its hopper and depositing to drying bed at a distance not exc 50 m spreading, levelling complete all as directed (Note : Cleaning work shall be done once in every seven days and every seven days and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Cleaning and rubbing down with coir string to wall surface of dry and wet sump of STP (Outer wall of dry sump and inner wall of wet sump) washing with clean water complete all as specified and as directed (Note : This cleaning work shall be done twice in every week and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulated sludge and foreign particles from screen chamber of sump-cum-pump house and depositing to distance not exc 50 mtr and spreading, leveling complete all as specifried and directred by Enbgineer-in-charge. (Note : This cleaning work shall be done once in every month and every operation shall be measured and paid spearately).

Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from dry and wet sump of sump-cum-pump house and disposal of the same to the distance not exc 50mtr spreading, levilling etc complete all as directed by Enginer-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage of Primary & secondary Bio-filter (each bio-filter consists of four arms) nozzle by wire or by opening the nozzle lid complete all as specified and as directed (Note : This cleaning work shal be done once in every day and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulated mixture of sludge and sludge water from digester and disposal of the same to a distance exc 10 mtr and not exc 50 mtr to drying bed, spreading, leveling complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Note : This operation shall be carried out once in every six months i.e. two times in a year and every operation shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking out accumulate dry sludge (Dry manure) from drying beds and removing from site all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note : The drying manure obtain from this item shall become contractors property and recovery shall be made in advance with credit schedule).

S&F Aluminium sprinkler with nozzle 40mm bore and aluminium nozzle cover one end threaded (for primary bio-filter rotary arms) as per specification & size of old one complete all as directed.

S&F Aluminium sprinkler with nozzle 50mm bore and aluminium nozzle cover one end threaded (for primary bio-filter rotary arms) as per specification & size of old one complete all as directed.

Supply only Hand cart made out of 4 mm thick MS Sheet bend to shape and fitted angle iron frame 40x40x4mm having two iron wheel duly fitted on the frame and having handle made orf MS Pipe of 25 mm dia for puting the cart duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of 02 Nos Manhole covers of pressure filter plant of capacity 20000 GPH, consisting of Horizontal type Pressure shell (02Nos) each of size 2.50 m length and 1.50 m Dia, Taking out the entire Filter Media (one by one in each layer) and laying out separately for cleaning , washing & the sreviceable media including cleaning, washing, drying and stacking the diferent grading of serviceable media for re-use and refixing of MH covers of pressure shell in position with New rubber gasket,Nuts,Bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and charging in layers special coarse sand/Gravels suitable for use in filtration plant of following sizes ( source - AJAY/BARAKAR river or NUMALIGARH), complete all as specified and as directed.:- Note : (i) Before charging of filter media contractor shall carry out raw water testing for all parameters.
