INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 01: S & F 15 mm dia cast copper alloy Chromium plated Angle valves, with wall flange concealed type screwed down for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 2 :M& L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia, concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings, etc. suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- Switches , sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, modular metal boxes, cover plate etc shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) One light /fan/Bell point controlled by one number one way switch

(b) One 5 pin socket outlet independent 5/6 Amps

(c) One socket outlet 5/6 Amps on the same board with other switches.

(d) All as per item 1, but One 6 pin 6/16 Amps socket outlet independent with 2.5 Sqmm size copper conductor cable and 1.5 sqmm copper cables as earth wire.

Note:- Switches , sockets, ceiling rose, regulators mosular metal boxes, cover plates etc shall be measured and paid separately.

ITEM No 12 : Supply and fixing mirror light fitting LED 10W, 230 V, 2 feet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

ITEM No 13 : S&F LED building security light, pressure die cast aluminum housing, 25 watts capacity, 240V, IP 65 class, with suitable in-built electronic driver complete incld. fixed on a bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long Light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia bend to shape as directed fitted on wall at a height not less than 6 mtr from ground with MS clamp, nuts and bolts and washers as required at site and including connecting luminarie to the nearest ceiling rose/junction box with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 3 core wire complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - Cost of all minor spares and jobs required for fixing of light fixture on wall and for electrical connections are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

ITEM No 14 : Supply and fixing light fitting LED panel 25 W, 230 V, square type surface mounted, injection moulded in thermally conductive engineered plastic-FR V0 grade housing, diffuser with high optically efficient material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ITEM No 15 : Supply and fixing light fitting LED panel 36 W, 230 V, square type surface mounted, injection moulded in thermally conductive engineered plastic-FR V0 grade housing, diffuser with high optically efficient material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ITEM No 18 : Supply and fixing Ceiling fan energy efficient, minimum service value (m3/minute/Watt)>= 4.5, including modular electronic step type fan regulator flush type fixed on cover sheet, 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep confirming to IS 374-2019, with all standard accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations ,with provision of PVC insulated flexible cable FRLSH grade 3 core 0.5mm copper conductor 1100 volts grade from porcelain connector /ceiling rose to ceiling fan,complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 19: S & F of Double door three phase distribution board 6 way made out of CRCA sheets 1.6 mm thick, phosphatised powder coated with copper Bus Bar 200 Amps, 415 V, Earth Stud, Din Rail, Polymide terminal blocks for incoming and outgoing circuits, inbuilt loose wire box ,ground terminal blocks ,duly wired with thimbled flame retardant copper conductors and poly layer for protection in all as specified and directed. (Note:- MCBs are to be measured and paid for seperately)

ITEM No 27: MCCB four pole 125 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 16 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ITEM No 28 : Supply and fixing cable PVC, 2 single core 2.5 sq mm stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade heavy duty unarmoured

ITEM No 29 : S & F exhaust fan of 380mm sweep,metal body, heavy duty, double ball bearing, 1400 RPM, 160 watt, 4 blades, air delivery 3250 m3/h, suitable for SP 230/250 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with louver shutter including fixing/ grouting of frame & louvers in wall using bolts of bolts of suitable size & connecting with and including PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/00.0076 three core from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed. Note : Cost of opening in wall and grouting of mild steel work shall be deemed include in the lump sum cost of the building.

ITEM No 30 : Supply and fix environmental friendly, ultra modern,energy saving, surface mounted, decorative stud bulk head edge-lit LED luminaire comprising of high brightness LEDs of capacity 10 Watts complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH & CULVERTS

Item No.31 : Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications i.e Grading II, conforming to Clause 401 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 150 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 32 : Providing, Laying, compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Item No 33 : Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 34 : Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50mm Compacted thickness conforming to Clause 504 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), premixed with bituminous binder, Bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Item No. 35 : Preparation of existing black top surfaces and applying evenly a Tack coat conforming to Clause 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 36 : Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Item No 36 Contd.....) Notes :(i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Item No 37 :M & L for precast (factory casted) cement Concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in existing road of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, making good distrubed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 :Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide with Thermo Plastic Paint .

Item No. 39 :Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with Thermo Plastic Paint.

ITEM No 40 : Delinators of size 700x100x50mm of ABS round body fixed with 100mm dia highly reflective reflector, duly UV stablized, in yellow colour complete all as specified.

Item No. 41: Cat eye two way reflective of size 100 x 100 x 18.5mm with PVC body with reflective panels Amber/Red/White complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 42 : M&L Bringing approved earth from outside MD land including cost of earth & carriage complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 43 : Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes for 450 mm bore pipes after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No. 44 : M & L Cutting existing 150mm bore cast iron water mains at-least at two places in position for inserting new tee and inserting cast iron tee of size 150mm x 150mm x 50mm including provision of connecting pieces and other fittings as required including run lead/ flanged joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.45 : M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No.46 : Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

(a) 2 Core 16 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 Core 25 Sqmm

(c) 3.5 Core 50 Sqmm (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

Item No.47 : Supply and laying Sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Item No.48 :Supply and fixing in truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metre long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally and internally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 50 : M&L Earthing complete with galvanished steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore medium grade, 2.5 m length , buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 m below ground level by drilling hole for electrode, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for protection of earth lead and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 2 on srl page No 496 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

Item No. 51 : M&L for MS junction box made out of 2 mm thick sheet of size 300mm x 250mm x200 mm including aluminium busbar Single Phase with neutral of 63 Amp capacity with , MCB SP 10 Amp - 01 Nos for incoming and out going connections including necessary welding work, clamps and mounting on poles etc complete all as specefied and directed.

Item No. 52 : S&F LED street light IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light fitting 25 watts with heat resistant toughned glass complete with all accessoreis watts, including 40 mm light grade GI pipe with 2 Nos clamps etc, length of GI pipe not more than 1.5 metre length, for mounting on pole, complete all as specefied and directed.
