The brief scope of the work includes Supply, installation and commissioning of vibration sensor on gearbox and motor of existing IDCT in 1x 370MW YCCPP and integration with BHEL Max DNA DCS system, Supply and laying of cables and conduits, Supply and installation of JBs along with all accessories required for system completion along with to arrange and bear the cost of comprehensive transit insurance for all materials and equipment from the point of dispatch up to delivery at site, covering all risks, losses, or damages. Scope of work given is only indicative. Detailed scope has been described in the bid document which is binding on all the bidders.

The bidder shall have successfully executed similar works in the field of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in major industry/ public utility/ thermal power plant/ Gas power plant /major steel plant. Similar works shall encompass supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of I&C systems, including field instrumentation and successful completion.As a proof, bidder shall furnish single Work Done Certificate.
The bidder should have executed the similar nature of work value not less than Rs. 12.5.00 Lakhs in at least one major industry/ public utility/ thermal power plant/ Gas power plant /major steel plant in any ONE of the preceding five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25). As a proof, bidder shall furnish single Work Done Certificate/ Work Order/ Job Order of value mentioned above, issued by an Officer of Competent authority. Work Done Certificate (clearly specifying the work order no., completion date & executed value)/ Work Order/ Job Order obtained in the financial year 2025-26 will also be considered.
The intending bidder in his name should have in the last five years i.e., (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.25.00 lakhs. As a proof, the bidder shall submit turnover certificate/the Profit and Loss account duly certified by the Chartered Accountant for the respective years & the same shall be uploaded along with the Technical bid.

Shifting of cable drums, laying, termination, and ferruling of 2/4 pair x 0.5 sq.mm armored analog cable from intermediate to main JB via GI pipes and trays. (Cables provided by KPCL)
