Preparation of Concrete or Plastered Surface for Distempering i/c Sand Papering the surface applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filter, consisting of white lead, linseed oil varnish and chalk mitti i/c finishing the surface to the required finish complete in all respect.

Distempering with Acryclic washable oil bound distempering (of approved manufactured) two coats over one premium coat to give and even shade.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered concrete surface to give an even shade i/c rubbing down old paint with special quality paint.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles 600x600 mm size premium quality,manufectured using double charge technology with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 complete (soluble salt print prenetration should be up to 1 to 2 mm after the tiles are fired and polished) (Soluble Salt Technology - SST is and old and cheaper technology and is meant for tiles placed in low traffic areas. In this process, the yet unfired tile body is given a liquid colour screen printing to create the design on the tile, it is called soulble salt technology because soluble slat is used for giving the tile a particular pattern and colour with this technology 2-2.7 mm print are penetrated into the tile. Once the tile have been fired and polished in order to create the glossy surface approximately 0.7mm of the soluble print a shaved off, leaving a total print penetration of only 1-2mm)
