Excavation in fB587:B627classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil includinjg shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawings, design as per the entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, sale tax, GST. malkana and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4: 8 (One cement: Four sand: Eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth, and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footing, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all depth and in all heights from floor including all taxes, GST, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan including all taxes, GST, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size including mechanically mixing and vibrating (M-20 Grade) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement RCC work in:-Columns, pillars posts and struts upto plinth level as per HPPWD specifications,approved Drawing,design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals the rate inclusive of octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt..

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size including mechanically mixing and vibrating (M-20 Grade) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement RCC work in:-Columns, pillars posts and struts upto above plinth level upto floor level as per HPPWD specifications,approved Drawing,design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals the rate inclusive of octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt..

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, toll tax , GST Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, toll tax , GST Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
