Material and labour for applying Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface by spraying at 4 sqm/ltr and wiping the surface with moist cloth after few minutes to remove any residual material which has not penetrated, including all necessary surface preparation works, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer’s instructions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for drilling holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting; cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for injecting two part, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc., the product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto required thickness by providing and casting with ready to use non-shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength more than 35 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the microconcrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any and curing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for watertight formwork of timber planks so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar thickness upto 40mm thickness including leveling profiling etc., complete. Each layer should not have a thickness more than 20mm with epoxy latex based bond coat before each layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and 20mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 with WPC @ weight of cement on bottom/sides of RCC.

Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. After apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers.

Spouts of 40mm dia GI pipes light grade projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom.

After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion.

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws/mounted on porcelain insulator/laid in trenches for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronzesize 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexegonal headed screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earhing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip size 32x6mm, by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and conneced to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI light grade watering pipe 20mm bore, wire mesh charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia reinforced bar 15 cm C/C and earth lead handle protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50m and necessary testing all as shown on electrical plate no.5 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for porcelion insulators 15 BMD type T with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm dia GI tube light grade for passing through cables under the floor, along the wall or along the pole of following bore dia and fixed to the poles/walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and botls/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
