General Note for ser. item No 1 to 6 :- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary PCC platform / foundation as required for above equipments / appliances as per Manufacturer recommentation. (b) Breaking / dismating the existing old platform of any size and description as per site condition and disposing off dismantled debris away from site and quoted shall be inclusive for the same . (c) Dismantled BER equipments shall be shifted / transported and handed ove to MES AGE E/M store yard and quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary transport arrangement ,/ Loading / unloading .Necessary gate pass,RV's for BER equipments shall be issued by department . (d) All the equipments shall be connected with existing steam pipe line, if any additional items as required during installation and commissioning of equipments shall be inclusive in the above quoted rates .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron / steel strip of size 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoad dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.
