Patch repair work of metalled road on left bank from km-21.000 to km- 35.000 of Nehtaur Branch

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.40mm to 53.00mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 to 1-0 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and the bitumen emulsion (S S-1) will be issued by the department .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.300 kg per sqm on the prepared coat granular surfaces treated with primer coat & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.and the bitumen VG-10 grade will be issued by the department .

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant ( mixall 6 to 10 ton capacity and bitumen boiler oil fired 1500 litre capacity ) ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn static roller , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 and the bitumen VG-10 grade will be issued by the department .

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface @0.65 kg /sqm laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall and using crushed stone chipping of 6.70mm size using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 and the bitumen VG-10 grade will be issued by the department .

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class (M-150) brick on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks about 65 % and 35 % bricks may be reumbersed from dismenting of old brick edging , finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge as per P.W.D specification no-20.15

E/W in Filling in embankment with Ordinary soil i/c dressing with manual compaction upto required level and slope also i/c 1.5 M lift and 1.000 km. lead by power transport i/c all cost of labour material ,T&P and cost of private land used as borrow area for getting required earth for proper completion of work.

Supplying of stone aggregates of 22.40 mm to 53.00 mm size for additional quantity for repairing of demages in patch repair for next Ist and IInd year from repair year for spreading this aggregate in WBM ( G-3) including all cost of material , labour ,carriage of material from cresher to site , royalty , loading , unloading , and stacking of material .

Supplying of Bitumen VG-10 (packed) for additional quantity for repairing of demages in patch repair for next Ist and IInd year from repair year .

Supplying of stone aggregates of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates for additional quantity for repairing of demages in patch repair for next Ist and IInd year from repair year for spreading this aggregate 20 mm thickness open-graded premix carpet including all cost of material , labour ,carriage of material from cresher to site , royalty , loading , unloading , and stacking of material .

Supplying of crushed stone aggregates of 6.7 mm size aggregates for additional quantity for repairing of demages in patch repair for next Ist and IInd year from repair year sealing the voids in bituminus surface including all cost of material , labour ,carriage of material from cresher to site , royalty , loading , unloading , and stacking of material .
