Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-30 Grade at 5 kg per 10 sq mtrs and Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content Paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid using sensor based mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using fully automatic tharmoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispanser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experience operator, white, golden, yellow colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 complete all as directed. Note : 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathreing, throating etc and set joined and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including excavation for fixing complete all as directed.

Preparation of new concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of priming paints plaster completed all as directed.

Solar road studs (Cat Eye) of size 125mmx125mm, white or yellow colour, ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in dual direction of make sun Eyez/ Protek/ Equivalent as approved fixed on road with two component epoxy, hardener and resin/ HT nail, complete all as directed.

3m road studs with out shank (Cat Eye) of white or yellow colour, of make sun Eyez/Protek/ Equivalent as approved fixed on road with two component epoxy, hardener and resin/ HT nail complete all as directed.
