CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY HALL BUILDING AT MADAM PANCHAYAT AT PERANAMALLUR PANCHAYAT UNION in Tiruvannamalai District under MPLad 2025-2026

Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Filling River Sand including cost and conveyance loading unloading from approved quarry to work site and labour charges for filling, ramming, etc. complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel to site and cost of binding wire including all labour charges for cutting,bending, tying and forming grills for all works

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Country bricks of size 8"3/4 x 41/4" X2 3/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. Including scaffolding curing cost of reinforcement etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Brick jelly Lime concrete by using 20 mm brick jelly with lime in the ratio of 32 : 12.5 including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing laying compacting well beaten with wooden batens etc complete

Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 and pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost and conveyance off all materials and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc.

Granolithic floor finish in CC 1:2:4 mix using 10-12 mm ISS sine HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc, for 25mm thick

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes (300 x 450 x 8mm) set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc.
