Material & Labour for outdoor type Gang operated Air break switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level with GI pipe medium grade,for current rating upto 200 Amps suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 09 Nos HT insulators suitable for HT 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m iin depth for laying & removing of cable any sizes and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 25 to 26 :- This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned inthe structures & Each job will be measured and paid.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV substation Varunapuri consisting of RCC poles / ISMBs, cross arms, GOD pipe, clamps etc., having of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy (incl structure) except PCC/RCC pole all as directed. The approx particulars are as under :- (a) Angle Iron cross support 75 x 75 x 6mm - 80 RM (b) MS Flat 50 x 4 mm - 24 Rm (c) Channels of size 100 x 50 x 6 mm - 110 RM (d) Channels of size 75 x 75 x 6mm - 220 RM Note :- (a) This rate inclusive of painting all minors items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particullarly mentioned inthis item. Carryout Material/machinaries & labour for fault finding of 33 KV or 11 KV HT Under ground cable of length up to 1.5 KM in case of cable fault such as short circuit / burn out of earth fault etc including carryout necessary hypot test by injecting high voltage up to 50 KV, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall excavate the fault location and shall confirm the cable fault all as directed.

S&F in repair strip type space heater 110 V, 40/60 watt approx 4"/6" in length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting on surfaces of outdoor HT feeder pillar box by scrapping or with wire brush after preparing the surfaces by removing dust etc applying two coats of synthetic enamell paint over a coat of red oxide on the external surfaces of HT Feeder pillar box including writing " DANGER, HT 33 KV SUPPLY" all as directed.

Removing grass and bushes including its roots growing at subsation yard and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- one length measured in six months.

Supply and fix in repair for mounting indoor type epoxy insulator with nut bolts suitable for 11 KV HT Supply complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per SI No.43 abov but suitable for 33 Kv HT supply

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, fix, testing, and commissioning of gang operated rotating type with Earth Switch Polymer insulator air break switch horizontal type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 400 A capacity and suitable for 33 KV HT supply, complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection type current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type/oil filled type 33 KV outdoor type, oil cooled , wound primary current ration 400-200/5-5A, Accuracy class 0.5 s-5P 10, HSV 36 KV, IL:36/70/170 KVp, STc 25 KA for 1 sec, duly tested, sealed & certified by MRT, Electricity Department, Govt. of Goa together with bimetallic terminal connected for protection including dismantling old existing CT of make :Goa Electric Company complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection type current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type/oil filled type 33 KV outdoor type, oil cooled , wound primary current transformers(CT) conforming to IS:16227/2016 (Part 1&2) of ratio 200-100/5A, Burden 15-15VA, Accuracy class 0.5s-5P 10, HSV 36 KV, IL:36/70/170 kVp.STC 25 KA for 1 sec., duly tested, sealed & certified by MRT, Electricity Department, Govt. of Goa together with bimetallic terminal connectors for protection including dismantling old existing CT of make :Goa Electric Company complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, fixing and testing of metering & 33 KV protection type Potential Transformer (PT), Outdoor Oil Cooled Type, Single Phase, Single Pole, Earth Type, Conforming to IS 16227 : Part 1 (2016) & part 3 (2015), ratio 33 KV/110 V, HSV: 36 KV IL:36/70/170KVP, burden:200VA,accuracy class:0.5, VF :1.2 cont. & 1.5 for 30 Seconds, freq:50HZ insualtion class : A as per approved design by GSEB duly tested. sealed & certified by MRT, Electricity Department, Government of Goa. including dismantling old existing PT of make :Goa Electric Company complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, fixing and testing of metering & protection Current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity dual ratio 100-50/5 Amps, 15 VA burden class I accuracy for metering and 15 VA/5P-10 for protection including dismantling old existing CT.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt & supply, fixing and testing of metering & protection Potential Transformer (PT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity ratio 11 KV/110 V, 200 VA burden including dismantling old existing PT

M & L for overhauling, servicing and preventive maintenance of 33 KV VCB 7 Nos at Nofra substation, 400/630 Amp outdoor type and controlling panel and indoor and including remote and manual operating panels after disconnecting the 33 KV including earthings the entire system properly and cleaning the isolating contacts, removing dust particle from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism including greasing of the moving parts, cleaning of the moving/stationary contact with CTC. Removing of moisture by menas of hot air blower, renewal of gaskets, nut/bolts etc entire trolly components and replacement of all unserviceable spares, providing the necessary packing material at incoming and outgoing cable entry, inserting in trolly, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as required at site and as directed. Scope of works consist of following, the spares required shall be measured follows on items no 53.
