Checking of street light fittings any type like CFL , MV lamp fitting, SV lamp fitting, metal halide fitting, focous/flood light, high mast light, LED lights etc. fixed on pole/wall to find out defects/taking out unserviceable parts such as LED Driver, SPD, lamp holder / bipin holder etc. and repairing by changing the defective part(s) including minor repair to cable connection / loose connection/necessary cleaning the bowl/perpex cover where provided and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Parts such as lamp/ porcelain lamp holder / bipin holder, LED driver/new LEDc lights etc. shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) The T & P, ladder and vehicles etc. will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement Integral LED street light luminaire white light comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame 45 W not less than 100 lumens per watt AC 230 Volt supply (white Glass) suitable for 40/50 mm OD entry for direct mounting on pipe bracket with all electrical accessories wired up to the terminal block suitable for mounted on bracket / poles / walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells/ Bajaj/ Polycab/CG

S&F in replacement LED flood light luminaire white light comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame 120 W not less than 100 lumens per watt AC 230 Volt supply (white Glass) suitable for fixing / mounting on brackets with all electrical accessories wired up to the terminal block suitable for mounted on bracket / poles / walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells/ Bajaj/ Polycab/CG Note : Flood lights to be replaced at high mast of any hight including servicing and replacement of work out wires of required at site. Cost inclusive of taking down high mast and taking up after necessary repair/replacement.

S&F in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty single core, FRLS cable PVC insulated sheathed copper wire srands of size 2.5 Sqmm for connection purpose complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing on poles/walls for street light fitting including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Clamps and nut bolts for fixing as required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation/ cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 Sqm in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 230 mm deep (80 mm below and 150 mm above the cable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bricks sub class 'B' for protection of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Make :- Syntex / Hensel or equivalent in Sagar Frp Industries Gurgaon Note :- (i) MS clamps and nut bolts for fixing the box along pole shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

S&F MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of any size as required for fixing street light fitting and main switches, junction boxes etc. including nut, bolts, washers etc. as required and before fixing applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for GI pipe of size 40 mm, light grade laid in trenches / fixed to pole / wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only in repair LED driver suitable for 60/75 Watt 230 Volt AC Supply LED fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 Volts, rupturing capacity 9 KA confirm to IS- 8828-1996, IEC - 60898 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Legrand / standared/ Indo Asian.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor cable served with inner sheating twin core flat or circular of size 6 sqmm in service connection & suspended by insulatinghangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-n-charge.
