Deployment of Electricians :- Removing the existing Industral panels of all types, DB's of all types including frames, FSU/ SFU's of all size, Junction boxes of all types, removing the unwanted cables of all types,Fuse carriers, Starters, industrial sockets,enclosures, switch/power plug boards, conduit/ pvc wirings of all types,unused fans/ exhaust fans, light fittings of all types, and other unused/ unwanted electrical intallations with necessary tools, tackles,plants etc as necessary in the institute area by deploying the required Electricians for carrying out the proposed miscellaneous electrical works complete in all aspects as rquired as per site condition.

Deployment of Helpers:- Helping the Electricians by deploying the required Helpers in the removing process of the old/unused electrical installations proposed to be taken up in the miscellaneous electrical works and to hand over the removed material safely to the stores section or any other place within the institute premises as per the Engineer-In-Charge's instruction.

Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 40/63 A 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Labor charges for servicing of ceiling fan including checking motor windings,Changing of bearings(Department supply) tightening of connections, minor repairs (if any), reassembling, testing, and ensuring proper operation, all as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

12 Way MCCB VTPN DB with 160 A MCCB: Supplying and fixing 12 way surface/ recess MCCB mounting, 415 volts, vertical type TPN MCB distribution board (with wire way/cable end box) of sheet steel,dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 250 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 160 A,16 KA/25KA TPN MCCB, phase barrier and spreaders for incomer, interconnection between DB incomer and the bus bars/Existing mains shall be made with copper cables of appropriate rating as required. The Old Existing wiring circuits have to be redressed and connected to the DB along with new wiring connections. The VTPN DB shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmly in the existing wall/ existing base channel as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following 'C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the out going circuits TP MCB-63A-2 Nos TP MCB-32A-2 Nos SP MCB-6-32A-24 Nos Blanking plates -As required. Make : ABB/Legrand /Schneider /Siemens/Hager or equivalent subject to the approval of the department.

8 Way MCCB VTPN DB with 100 A MCCB: Supplying and fixing 8 way surface/ recess MCCB mounting, 415 volts, vertical type TPN MCB distribution board (with wire way/cable end box) of sheet steel,dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 160 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 100 A,16 KA/25KA TPN MCCB, phase barrier and spreaders for incomer, interconnection between DB incomer and the bus bars/Existing mains shall be made with copper cables of appropriate rating as required. The Old Existing wiring circuits have to be redressed and connected to the DB along with new wiring connections. The VTPN DB shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmly in the existing wall/ existing base channel as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following 'C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the out going circuits TP MCB-63A-2 Nos TP MCB-32A-2 Nos SP MCB-6-32A-12 Nos Blanking plates -As required. Make : ABB/Legrand /Schneider /Siemens/Hager or equivalent subject to the approval of the department.

Removing the existing old lighning arrestor along with earthing system on the main building and MS angles of which are grouted/fixed in the concrete floor at DG set area complete in all aspects as required and shifting the same to the department's stores or other places within the institute as per the instruction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Numbering/naming of each LT panel and MV panel with Radium type vehicle stickering of size(height) 3 cm to 4 cm of average length 15 cm to 30 cm in the whole institute campus as required as per site condition .(The matter or naming details will be provided by the site engineer in charge)

Numbering/naming of each VTPN DB,LDB,PB,LSB with vehicle stickering of size(height) 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm of average length 5 cm to 15 cm in the whole institute campus as required as per site condition .(The matter or naming details will be provided by the site engineer in charge)
