Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

1:1%:3 (1 cement : VA coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natu- ral sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Supplying and stacking at site.

90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width inmesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire ornuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieveouter dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :

Supplying and stacking at filter media stone aggregate 20mm monimal size.

Supplying and stacking of river sand for filter media with effective size of sand need to be 0.20mm to 0.50mm with uniformity co-efficient 1.50 as per the direction of EIC.

Removing of existing filter media, perforated slad and sold block etc. from the half portion of the area of a filter unit and kept the materials in layer at the remaining falf portion, then cleaning the bottom surface, re-setting new solid block and perforated slab in the bottom and then sortimg, sieveing and re-filling of the serviceable materials mixed with new materials in first layer graded stone aggregated 90 to 45mm, 100mm thick, 2nd layer graded stone aggregated 63mm to 45mm, 100mm thick graded stone aggregated 53mm to 22.4mm size 100mm thick stone chips 20mm nominal size 100mm thick and mainland coarse river snad 600mm thick included disposal of the rubbish, slush and waste materials etc. from the filter bed within a lead of 50mtr out side the filter bed etc complete as per the directioon of Engineer-in-charge.
