Supply and fixed in repair's MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs in charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ventilating exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 230 volt AC with louver and all accessories including cutting hole of suitable size, making good surface by doing plaster and applying two coat of distemper complete with fixing arrangement to wall connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor (23/.0076) of suitable size ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs in charge.

Taking down of AC ceiling fan of any sweep & any height and opening the fan and oiling, greasing and replacement of unserviceable accessories and servicing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing complete for efficient functioning and hanging it back in position including provn of 0.5 Sqmm copper flexible twin twisted cable (length not exceeding 0.5 metre) from ceiling rose to fan ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs in charge. Note : Accessories such as Capacitor shall be measured and paid under relavtive items

M&L for painting of ceiling fans upto 1400mm sweep carefully, dismantling fan blades and paint with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with filler after cleaning of all dust etc ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs in charge.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 MFD ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs in charge.
