Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc.in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres

Compaction-extra for laying earth as per specifications for compaction in 25 cm layers and dressing, but excluding cost of rolling

Kotah stone flooring 34 mm to 40 mm thick in any pattern as specified over 12 mm thick base of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and polishing.

Cobble stone in landscape :- this is semi grid type of pavement. Stone is set over the layer of lean concrete (1:4:8) and crushed stone base. The sub-base should be non frost sussceptible material. The arrangement should be like 300mm subbase 150 mm PCC Cobble granite stone 75*75 or 90*90 or 100*100 . Stone should be locally avliable granite or other variety igneous rock equivalent to granite. Stone sets used in any area shall be uniform size. They shall hammer dressed on top to the extent that maximum depression of dressed surface with protected edge. There drerssing on the sides shall be simimilarly carried out, so as to obtain a motor joint not exceeding 20 mm in width. they shal set on the base of concrete over the bedding layer of cement motar 1:3 mm thick with joints not excedding 20 mm. The joints shall be grouted with the cement motar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic hardener such as ironite, hardonate or equal and approved variety.

Providing and fixing 40 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut landscape area and pathway, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour and shade
