Sch 'A' Part - XI : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore two way bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed to PPR pipe providing aerated flow of water complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED batten Tube light 4 ft with integral LED driver, plastic batten of 20 watts capacity including necessary electric connections 3 core 1 sqmm insulated copper wire from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED batten Tube light 2ft with integral LED driver, plastic batten of 10 watts capacity including necessary electric connections 3 core 1 sqmm insulated copper wire from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30 Watts LED new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, AC, single phase, 240 V, 250 mm sweep, PVC body with louvers, including connected with 3 core 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB VTPN 4 ways, with metal double door, IP - 43 protection suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB as out going, 415 volt 3 phase with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link as required at site and including cutting chases to wall for fixing of DB and making good disturbed wall/surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB Four pole, 415 volts, 160 Amp, rupturing capacity 16 KA, in the DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia and GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade connected to and including by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of copper as shown plate no 3 of SSR part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earth work , PCC 1:3:6 chamber RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick with 6mm TMT bar 100mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore funnel wire mesh etc. and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix modular telephone socket RJ-11 one module all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix Mild steel box of telephone wiring including blocks, suitable for 30 pair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix Telephone wiring with unarmoured solid annealed bare copper industrial cable in concealed of size 0.5 mm, 3 pair with PVC conduit 25 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for Cutting/drilling the existing GI pipes lines 150 mm dia, in position for inserting and including of new Tees (150x150x40 mm), branches etc including excavation, returning filling, Removal, jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve pit chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm (Internal dimension) with brick masonary valve chamber, PCC 1:4:8 foundation, 150 mm thick PCC Block walls built in CM1:6, PCC 1:3:6 TYPE C-1 with MS cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame 50 X 50 X 6 mm with locking arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC bed/ coping in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 painting with one coat of bituminous black paint on all steel surface (Valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc, not exceeding 700mm wide and 1100mm depth, for laying CI/GI/DI pipe line including returning filling and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, Installing testing and commissioning complete LT panel board, double door, front and back openable of factory made cubical outdoor type, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with angle iron frame made out of 50x50 x6 mm at vertical corner & base of panel board mounted on 50x50x6 mm angle iron 60 cm long four legs and including suitable supports between the legs, provn of two ventilator with cooling fan of suitable size, duly tested as per IP 65 standards ,suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase 4 wire dust and vermin and weather proof, separate hinged door for each compartment with locking arrangement, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete duly powder coated with 7 tank process and comprising of the following:- (a) Metering module with 200 Amp copper Bus bar , multifunction panel energy meter -01 No (for measuring current, voltage , KWH & PF), CT's 150/5-03 Nos, LED indicating lamps -03 Nos. b) MCCB four pole adj type 36 KA, 125 A, 415 V - 01 No ( for incomer ) c) Change over switch 125 Amp 415 V - 01 No d) MCCB four pole 25 KA, 100 A, 415 V -02 No e) MCCB four pole 25 KA, 63 A, 415 V -01 No f) MCB TPN 40 Amps -02 Nos g) MCB SPN 32 A, 230 V -02 Nos h) Provn of two Nos earth terminals.

Supply and fix time switches astro type (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 250 V single phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drawing of PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, industrial cable through steel tubular pole from bottom to Top hole and both side connection in Jn box MCB and Street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC junction Box with terminal of size 205mm x 255mm x 112mm suitable for cable size 10 Sqmm Cable Junction Boxes IP 66 with metric knockouts for cable entry including 1X MCB SP 6 A, suitable size of clamp duly painted and Nut bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for UG cable path indicators made of CI and shall be fixed on MS angle iron. It shall be erected at the time of refilling the trenches and the cable path indicator shall be painted with brown for HT and blue for LT cables paint and also cables size and voltage written on it including necessary PCC 1:2:4 in grouting route complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Spreading riddled soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc. as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness shall be considered for payment.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION Material and labour for GI pipe medium grade post of dia 40mm, 1.5m height, grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including making arrangement for fixing of air termination complete all as directed.

Supply and fix porcelain insulators 15 BMD size T type with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

WATER COOLER Supply, installation, commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.
