Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance n.exc 150m at low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20mm graded agg.) as in floor finishing/Plinth protection surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20mm graded agg.) as in subbase/below the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 ( using 40mm graded agg.) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4(Nominal mix)(using 20mm gradded aggregate) type B1 using stone aggregate as in coping benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing,floor cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, Chajjas etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
