Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes for exc 250 & n exc 500 ltr capacity including writing date and year of cleaning of height not less than 50mm and width not less than 20mm on plain base with synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in 35 mm thick jallies, louvers etc of design & pattern as directed with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantaling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store andrubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix non skid glazed ceramic tiles(any shade) 400mmx400mmx7mm to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified coloured tiles of premium quality of size 600mm x 600mm x 8 to 10mm thick as on floor/skirting set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the tile over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete and all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall, canopy, porch, parapet wall or similar location etc.for discontinuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed dtone aggregate) and finished with CM(1:3) by maintaining same thickness and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish including taking down old chajja facia, drapwall scrubbing down with water and removal of debries from site(Area exc. 0.1 Sqm but n. exc. 1 Sqm each.)
