Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment for the Sunken Toilet / Lift well/ OHT Rcc wall by applying cement based, flexible, waterproofing compound confirming to IS:2645, to a thickness of 1mm of the prepared surface of the roof slab / floor slab as per specifications mentioned above providing cement mortar 1:3, waterproofing cover plaster to a thickness of 12mm over the membrane coating with admixture of approved make. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Providing and fixing 8mm thick Calcium Silicate Board Designed and Perforated for False Ceiling which includes shaped GI channels of size 25x25x0.50mm thick suspended from ceiling at 1.2m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50x30x0.50mm and 150x10x0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50x30x0.50mm thick and 50x10x0.50mm thick at 0.60m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig-zag pattern and fixing of calcium Silicate Board in the Panel provided in the design pattern given the standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers. FLOORING - SEAMLESS VINYL FLOORING WITH ANTI STATIC AND ANTI MICROBIAL PROPERTY It shall be self leveling 3.00inm anti static seamless PVC flooring. Floor shall be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock It shall be Electro Static Discharge (ESD) combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality thickness not less than 2.00mm. Continuous roll shall be used and with minimum joints. The Joints to be welded by special PV thermal units using PVC welding bars of same colors. The sheet shall be highly durable to shock and indentation. It shall be scratch proof, inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants & shall not be affected by the temperature variations. The flooring shall be done by skilled workers of the accredited agencies, autlioi‘ized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The Electrical resistance (Point to ground) shall be within 2.5 X 104 to 5 X 106 Ohms. The floor shall not allow build up of Electrical charges beyond 100V due to antistatic effect. The corners shall not be terminated sharply & concealed coving shall be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx. 25mm & sealed perfectly & uniformly. Self leveling compounds shall be used

The Conductive copper grid laid underneath the PVC Sheet shall be supported by liquid epoxy compounds allowed to set as a uniform and level surface. The copper strips to be made visible by grinding and no copper strips shall project more than 0.5mm above level surface to avoid damage to the PVC sheet. One earthing lead shall be brought out from every 150 square feet area and attaching it to the main earthing strip/ Ground. Copper grounding strips (0.05mm Thick, 50 mm width) shall be laid flat on the floor in the conductive adhesive and connected to copper strip of grounding. The connection from copper grid shall be brought out uniformly at places to form equi-potential grid. The flooring shall be mechanically shock proof, scratch proof, flame retardant and anti antibacterial. The floor shall efficiently discharge Electric charges up to 2KV. The Floor shall offer Electrical Resistance. The Final Surface shrill be non-corrosive to biological fluids & detergents, shall be fire retardant & anti-microbial, color shall be uniform, pleasant & matching with ambience.

Providing, Fixing, supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Antimicrobial Cladding. Providing & fixing 2.5mm thick antimicrobial rigid sheet wall/ceiling panelling with wrinkle skin UPVC sheet in White with satin finish. The sheet shall be heat mouldable to take the shape of wall corners etc. The approved sheet in required colour and shade shall be fixed properly on the floor/walls without bubbles, air gaps or wringles, and shall be pasted with approved quality 2'part polyurethane product compact adhesive. Supplying and applying of two coats of Putty 3mm thick over the exposed RCC Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be througly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing the surface shall than be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall be than sand papered (Waterpoof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. any uneveness shall be made good by applying 1 st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2 nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1 st coat of putty and then sand papering ( Waterpoof abrasive sheet) the same after its dry and finishing the surface smoothy etc.,complete complying with standard specifiction and as directed by the departmental officers.(The rate inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel,cost of sand paper(Waterpoof abrasive sheet) cost of putty blade,labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering,two coats putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth etc., complete). Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casemetn type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multichambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered wtih over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle, The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it shoudl not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.
