M/L for one coat of white wash on ceilings including preparation of old treated plaster surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for preparation of old treated plaster surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted complete all as specified & directed.

M&L one coat of plastic emulsion incl preparation of any old surface of description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of old treated plaster surface and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for preparation of old treated wooden surface of any description not otherwise desceribed over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbring down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M/L cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for three coat of white wash on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for preparation of old treated plastered surface of any descreption not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care putty including primer coat as prepratory to distemper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for writing letters or figures (Block, roman,italic or indian) not exceeding 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of wood or wood base surface of any description and girth treated with one coat of creosote oil.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. All as per item No.21 above but each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick(square/rectangle) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F boarding fixed with nails in any situation (execpt flooring and skirting) Clean sawn with butt joints of 2nd class hardwood thickness 20 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( Fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Anodised Aluminium snap grid frame work with size of grid 605x605mm for false celing icluding dismantling existing board existing frame work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 4mm thick AC plain building boards fixed to timber frame work with screws in ceiling complete all as specifed and directed

S&F Gypsum board of 12 mm thick for ceiling complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain fillets square rectangular or triangular in section, wrought secured / with nails of 2nd class hard wood sectional area exceeding 3 sqcm not exceeding 6 sqcm as in cover fillert to ceiling etc complete all as specified & directed.
