Labour for checking and identifying complaints of window / split type ACs of any make and capacity and making it 100% functional complete all as specified and as directed Note: (a )Spares required for replacement for the functioning of the AC shall be measured and paid separately (under relevant item) as supply only. (b) Labour for rectifying water leakage from ACs also included in the quated rate. (c) Quoted rates includes labour cost for taking down old unserviceable items and fixing new one.

Taking out existing burnt/ unserviceable Compressor unit from the following Air conditioner rotary / reciprocating type and replacing the same with new factory built hermatically sealed Compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials ,carry out leak test by charging with CO2 / dry nitrogen gas and arresting leakages if any by welding work etc., evacauting the system and charging of R-22 / R410 / R32 Refrigerant gas upto recommended level after ensuring leak proof condition and testing complete for the following Air conditioners all as specified and as directed. Make: LG/Hitachi/Highly/Voltas/Blue star/Sriram as per the site sample requirement.

Servicing of Split / Window type AC 1.5/ 2 TR capacity of any make/ model by taking out the AC, Cleaning of evaporating coil, condensing coil with cleaning chemical and water by pressure washing pump and brush to remove dust including cleaning of filter, greasing/oiling of motors and checking of electric circuit for smooth functioning of AC including replacing damaged/unserviceable accessories/spare parts complete. Note: (a) Rate quoted deemed to include labour cost for taking down, repair and replacement of spares. (b) The spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid Separately as supply only under relevant items of sch here-in-after. (c) Once service the AC, contrctor shall be resposible for blockage of filter, condenser coil and evaporator coil complaints for next 3 months without any extra payment.

M&L for Shifting of AC by Dismantling and taking down carefully the existing indoor and out door units of tonnage 1.5/2 TR from the existing positions for complete servicing, cleaning, greasing & maintenance and refixing the outdoor and indoor units after servicing / maintenance with necessary copper tubing with insulation including gas charging if required and connecting with stabilzer etc., and testing for its proper functioning complete. Note: (a) Spares required and gas shall be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule. (b) Labour charges for replacing spares/components is deemed to be included in the rate quote
