Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , withina lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering , roughening cleaning , fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete excluding plastering ofthe jams , sills and soffits.- 50 mm thick

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary - Float glass panes of thickness 4mm

White washing with lime to give an even shade - Old work (two or more coats).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50m lead - Of area 3 sq. metre and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m lead - For thickness of tiles above 10mm and upto 25mm.

Providing and fixing G.I.chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete - Made of G.I.wire of dia 4mm , PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade

Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints complete (External work) - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints complete (External work) - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality - 15mm nominal bore

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams colums and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the buildings etc., complete Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding

Cleaning and exposed RCC surface thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing rust and seals from exposed rafters and providing anticorrosive primer Zinc rich coating CERA ZINC ZR. And cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphthalein indicator. complete

Applying of bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polimer additive CERA POLYSTER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification.

Providing cement plastering CM 1:3 over the dismantling RCC portion up to a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICROSEAL at 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excluding cost of cement and providing scaffolding
