Above ground Common Effluent treatment plant-MBR technology (with air diffuser system) with sewage handling capacity of 200KL per day. The raw sewage collection sump with double SS bar screen shall be part of STP. STP shall be designed as water retaining structure, non-skid type, removable manhole covers. Including necessary chemical dosing as required by the manufacturer's design. All the equipments, piping, pumps, blowers and electrical are to be housed in a plant shed at Ground level. Including MS (Class-C pipe) Puddle flanges (with hot dip galvanizing) inlet, outlet, overflow, vent, C.I. Manhole covers, drain channels with MS (painted) gratings. Air diffusion system shall include the following:(Air Blower) Non clog type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per meter water depth. Air dispersion grid shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced/ repaired easily from platform at the top. Air dispersion system shall be provided for sewage sump, Aerobic digester cum Thickener & Aeration Tank. Flexible pipes complete with stainless steel fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps, puddle flanges etc cutting chases & making good for submerged air piping.

Centrifuge (1cum/hr) with all arrangement. It shall comprise of rotating bowl having a feed pipe, a cylindrical section where the separation of the suspension takes place and a conical section where the scroll removes the dewatered sludge. The centrifuge should have a VFD Control panel. The parts in contact with process i.e bowl material, screw conveyer material, housing material is of stainless steel and parts not in contact with process products is of carbon steel/ cast steel.
