REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL BOARD AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT OLD POWER HOUSE AT 2 N DET UNDER GE NAVY CHENNAI

Supply /replacement of LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for Out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3.15 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm with front and rear open able shutters for each ACB/MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of Copper strips of rating 200 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, and digital voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator lamp complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of minimum height 45 cm from above ground level to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :Old pump house ). INCOMER MCCB, 4pole, 250 Amps , rupturing capacity 36 KA magnetic thermal release - 01 Nos. III. Digital Ammeter 0-300 Amps CT Operated - 01 No IV. Digital Volt Meter 0-500 Volts - 01 No V. LED Indicator lamp in three colour RYB - 03 Nos OUT GOINGII. I.MCCB, 4pole, 160 Amps , rupturing capacity 36 KA magnetic thermal release - 02 Nos. II.MCCB, 4pole, 63 Amps , rupturing capacity 25 KA magnetic thermal release - 04 Nos. III MCB, 4P, 40 Amps , rupturing capacity 10 KA magnetic thermal release - 02 Nos. IV MCB, 4P, 32 Amps , rupturing capacity 10 KA magnetic thermal release - 02Nos.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.

Repair/replacement of LT UG XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 240 sq mm 3.5 core with suitable size of aluminum lugs, gland, nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of LT UG XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sq mm 3.5 core with suitable size of aluminum lugs, gland, nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of fire retardant /extinguishing electric insulated Synthetic mat "INSULATICA 2000" of 2.5mm thick + 10% confirming to BIS: DOC NO. ET-02 (5440) Dt. 30/04/2004, meeting requirement of IS 3043, IS 5216 (part-1, 2&3), IS 8437 and IEC 479 Pub-1, Tested for Breakdown strength Tensile/elongation Ageing properties, Insulation Resistance, effects of Acid Alkaline Diesel & Transformer Oil leakage Current Test, Fkire Test etc having Min. width of 1000 mm + 20mm. All allied material such as Pu-Resin, Chemi Bound (hardener), Spl. PVC Adhesive, Liquid Printer etc. In what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site requirement suitable for all voltage not exceeding 11KV System-with HT.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 75 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed
