COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION INDOOR/ OUTDOOR PANEL INCLUDING EARTHING SYSTEM AT NAMKUM AND KHOJATOLI AREA UNDER GE RANCHI

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M& L Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

M&L for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old liad dried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE LT Cable of size 120 Sq mm 3½ core insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

M&L for cutting of bituminious road/ hard standing/PCC path/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 10cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS all as specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations / filling around the post, Poles etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways, hard standing & pole coping make smooth including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay/fix along wall/pole GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down old U/S pipe complete all as specified and directed .-

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as specified and directed

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc, after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

Supply only Indoor resin cast ring type low tension current transformer 50/5A to 75/5A 15VA burden accuracy class 1 confirming to IS 2705 /1992

Supply only Indoor resin cast ring type low tension current transformer 100/5A to 300/5A 15VA burden accuracy class 1 confirming to IS 2705 /1992

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 3 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L copper earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L copper for GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm in ground not exceeding 40 cm deep/ fixing to wall/ structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each). Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia, complete.

M&L for cement Painting of PCC pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of cement colour after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket to painted with one coat of Aluminium paint. Cement colour will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each) Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair the MCCB of capacity 40 A to 63 A, 415 Volts 4 pole with bracking capacity 16KA in LT panel boards / feeder pillar boxes including disconnecting and removing existing from electric connection including necessary connected fastners, burnt cables, accessories like spreader ,cages etc all as per site requirement / existing make /model,all as specifed and as directed.

All as per item No 39 above but of size 100A 415 Volts 4 pole with breaking capacity 16 KA

All as per item No 39 above but of size 125A 415 Volts 4 pole with breaking capacity 16 KA

M&L for cutting out the burnt out existing cable and reconnecting by providing new lugs,tapes etc for cable upto 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed Note - Earth work (excavation.removing, Returning filling) for clear the loop of existing cable shall be includes in quoted rates.

All as per item No 49 above but for cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm.

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supplying, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9.00 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1998 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Steel tubular pole shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

All as per item No.53 here-in-before but Main incoming MCCB 125 Amps and bus bar of rating 200 Amps and suitable Ampere meter with CTs and the size of busbar box minimum not less than 900 mm x 600mm x 450mm including 03 Nos cable glands for outgoing .

Cutting/trimming of tree branches of any size resting/interrupting the LT over head line any number of conductors span length between 45 to 50 M cutting clearing 2 m all around the conductor and removing the tree branches from site all as directed

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L restringing of LT ACSR OH line conductors up to permissible sag after dismantling the binding wires from insulators and jumper connections complete for the following and providing 4 wire only (three phase and neutral) with new aluminium conductor binding wire to insulators and Jumpers etc all as directed.

M&L for Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including necessary galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade volts grade

M&L in replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) as in overhead conductor to be on O/H line on poles including provision of aluminium tapes for binding all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Weight of ACSR conductor shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between two adjacent pole and computing the weight of conductors based on size and length provided and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Suppy and fix PVC spacers 4 way for LT OH line 1100 volts grade with necessary screw nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as a preventive arrangment to existing system including removal of unservicable spcers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC cable route indicator of size 800 x 350 x 200 x 50 MM (Top of indicator in semicircle shape) dully marking by synthetic enamelled paint in Blue coulor for MES LT cable 1.1 KV and Red colour of MES HT cable 11 KV and also mark MES, grouting in PCC making good complete all as directed.Note - Earth work and PCC work to be measured in respective items here- in- before.
