Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses (DSR 2.6.1-2.36)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within lead of 50m. All kinds of soil (DSR 2.8.1-2.36)

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.2.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(D.S.R-16.83)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm wide (DSR 5.9.16.1)

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 14.17)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. Engineer-in-Charge.( DSR 15.56)

Finishing walls with acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm. (DSR 13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

18mm Thick Rubbed Red Stone Flooring Over 20mm Thick Base Of Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand) With Joints 3mm Thick, Side Buttered With Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Stone Dust) Admixed With Same Mortar Red Sand Stone.

Providing and fixing M.S gate size 6'-0"x5'-0" with MS Angle 50 x50x6mm outer frame and MS Flat inside having 5'-0" long vertical 4" C/c 17 nos. MS Flat 50x6mm, and 2 no. MS flat 50x6mm horizontally 1'6'' from top and botttom angle of each openable shutter hinged with 2 no's M.S. Channel 75x40mm of length 8' in posts velded to make a box with 2 no. lugs of length 1'-3" long using M.S. Flat 50x6mm at bottom under each post. Arrangement with sliding bolt for locking arrangements and gate shall be properly embedded 2'-0'' below ground level in cement concrete 1:2:4 block size 1'6''x1'6''x2'6'' be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.

Dismantlling of existing M.S. flat railig on brick masonary toe wall or on ground and removing of CC 1:2;4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing and repair(no new member) of old MS flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0-9"x1'-0" including cost of applying 2coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing metallic fabric consisting of 3"x3"x3mm size chain linked fencing of M.S wire duly welded or bolted over existing steel frame after dismantling existing damage chain linked fencing of railing. Complete in all respect as per site In-chage Engineer.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6'-0" long and 2'-3" high above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level welded with 2no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom and 10no's M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2no's 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter M.S. flat 50x12mm shall be provided with 9" long anchorage piece of MS flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0". The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
