Replacement of perimeter light poles including cable laying from wall panel no. 300 to 900 at S. V. Airport, Raipur.

Supply of 3 mtr height hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom (A/F) and 70 mm top (A/F) made of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 200mm X 200mm X 12mm thick welded to bottom of the pole having hinged lockable Terminal box along with 4 Nos. foundation bolts including template, single arm bracket of length approx 500 mm for mounting of fitting, suitable size of terminal box compartment etc. as required.

Erection of 3 mtr. height octagonal street light pole including RCC foundation made from cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) of dimensions 1100 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm along with 50 mm height 1:3:6 PCC base at bottom, excavation and refilling etc. complete as required or as per OEM design whichever is higher.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation and demolishing of cement concrete foundation i/c removal of mulba/rubbish, within a lead of 100 metres etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing suitable size of bakelite base sheet in the pole terminal/junction box i/c providing and fixing of single pole 2 A, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load, its DIN Rail, Bakelite (Hylam) sheet, 4 pole stud type connector complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of street light fixtures on existing street light pole of height not more than 3 mtr. complete with providing and laying of 3C x 1.5sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC Copper conductor (flexible) cable from terminal box to fitting, connections etc. as required.

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel with suitable slope on top, double door front opening made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, Gland plate shall be 3mm thick, totally enclosed with IP 54 protection, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalized with powder quoted painting on suitable cement concrete foundation made up of 1 : 2: 4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Grade Stone agreegate 20 mm nominal size) including wiring, inter connections, earthing etc. as required and shall consist of the following switchgear and accessories:-

Incomer: 2 Nos. 160 A, 25 kA, FP, MCCB, Ics=100% Icu, Thermal Magnetic release variable range, with extended rotary handle and all accessories including providing spreader terminals and auxiliary contacts.

Instruments: 2 sets of digital multifunction meter for 3 phase, 4 wire operation alongwith 3 Nos. suitable range CTs and control MCB's.

3 Ph phase indicating lamps of LED type for RYB and breaker 'ON', 'OFF' indication with control MCB for individual lamp.

Bus Bar: 1 set of 200 Amps FP bus bar of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy.

Outgoings:

(i) 04 Nos. FP MCB 32 Amps, directly connected to bus bar in separate compartment. (ii) 1 No. Contactor timer arrangement consisting of 25 A 4 pole contactor, 24 Hrs. Electro mechanical time switch and 32 Amps FP MCB i/c providing 3 point toggle switch on the compartment door and 2 Nos. ON/OFF LED Indication Lamps with control MCB for individual lamp.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated and PVC sheatheel XLPE aluminnum conductor armoured cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date amendments as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 mtr. long 40 mm dia ‘B’ class i/c accessories (with charcoal /coke and salt) and providing C. I. box round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm, 450 mm height made from 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except in the top surface which is 15 mm thick and having clear opening of 220 mm at top and bottom surface, having 6 nos. M-10 tapped hole at the hole Centre 260 mm to receive C.I./ M.S. base plate with SS bolts as required. One hole at 150 mm from top shall be provided for fixing of 15 mm G.I. pipe. This box will act as the enclosure for earth electrode. This box will be mounted on base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm width upto the C.I. box top. The top of the box shall not protrude more than 25 mm from the existing ground level and the top elevation of the box shall be evenly sloped all round using 1:2:4 cement concrete, complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (Medium Class-B) in the existing trench complete with G.I. fittings etc. as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Supplying and fixing suitable size PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supply of surface mounting 10 W (nominal capacity), IP 65, Bulkhead LED light fitting, complete with accessories suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete as required. (Make:- Wipro, Model - LW07-141-XXX-57-G1 - IP65 or equivalent).

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting/wall fan, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 6A to 32 A 240 V DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required (excluding reinforcement).
