SPECIAL REPAIR TO RCC RETAINING WALL, BRICK WORK AND RCC JALI, FALSE CEILING, CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING AND ALLIED WORKS IN ANTENNA YARD AND OTHER SANCTIONED WORKS AT AF STN KASAULI UNDER GE KASAULI

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in road side berrms, surface channel and drains and like incl necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing design Mix cement concrete in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength of 40 Kg/ sqcm in field, using 400 Kg/cum of cement for thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified & as directed

Raking out joints/ pointing of cement mortar or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc up to including 10.0 Mtr height, complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in Cement mortar 1:4 up to including 10.0 Mtr height, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treament from wall surfaces by wire brushes & stopping of surfaces & leveling/edging the disturbed surface /edges using necessary fillig compound of birla/Jk wall care putty to obtain smooth regular /even finish using sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (in Camouflauge pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces. complete all as specified Note (s): (i) Pattern of camouflage if any shall be as approved by GE.(if any) (ii) Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of use and waste of necessary ladder, wooden platform etc,. as may require to execute work at any height upto 8.00 metre. (iii) Painting work shall stand guaranted against fadding/Peeling off for 05 years & the cost agaist this aspect, shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

Material and Labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.
