Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all taxes,GST, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick with hoop iron of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five microns) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

20mm (twenty millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete / stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angle, chamfer and / or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or Steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately).
