Earthwork in bulk excavation in dense (or) hard soil (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., completecomplying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Dismantling and removal of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Filling in basement with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) to the required thickness in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, Two parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Four Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 3 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mmnominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter ocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through ibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete omplying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
White washing with lime powder on new wall surfaces One COAT to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, reparaton of wall, cost of lime powder, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the epartmental officers.
Conveying the Rough Stone slabs available in North Sub Division at an average lead of 4 Kms. and laying infront of Port Swimming Pool as per alignment, grouting with Cement Mortor 1:5 on the prepared surface after surface dressing of the ground in denseor hard soilincluding removing vegetation and or inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish including labour charges, transportation, loading & unloading charges, tools & plants etc.., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holesand bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).
Removing the old paint from steel and other metal surfaes and making the surface even and Applying one coat of Red oxide primer ofapproved quality including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool,scrapers and sand aper, cost of red oxide primer, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS andas directed by the departmental officers.
Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaceof all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
Collection and Supply of good quality Red earth from Vagaikulam and conveying by road with an average lead of 26 KM & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of materials, nveyance of red earth, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and asdirected by the departmental officers.
Collection and Supply of good quality Cow dung manure (well dried manure) from Tuticorin town and conveying by road with an average lead of 13 km & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of cow dung manure, conveyance, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and planting of ornamental plants for gardening (i.e.) Alamanta,Ficus, Mosantha, Xeroa, Blue Marica, Jet ropa, Cactus, Crotons, Yellow palms, X Mas tree to a minimum height of 2.5 feet including cost of saplings, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supply and planting of Golden Duranta Border plant saplings wherever required for gardening including cost of sapling, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and laying of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet) at site for transplanting in the lawn area. The rate shall include transportation, loading, unloading ofgrass carpet along with underlying rooting medium without damaging the roots etc., complete and as directed by the including cost of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet), labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of G.I. Barbed wire 10 gauge (6Rm. / Kg.) two ply three points confirming to I.S. Code No. 278 -1962 Type - I, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pins etc., for horizontal and tying with the fencing / M.S angle post using G.I steel wire including all materials, labour, tools etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
