Providing, laying and spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rollling with 3 wheeled raod/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screeing/binding materials to fill up interstics of coarse aggregate watering and compacting of the required density. (Rate is inclusive of all materials, labours, machineries etc.)

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm. and 52 kg. and 56 kg. of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete: (tack coat to be paid for separately).
With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent
Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.
Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to given uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS: 164, on bituminous surface in white/ yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetaion and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and applying primer coat with cationic bitumen emulsion(water based) modified with Nanotechnology based Penetrative Reactive Water-soluble Organosilane material (forming water clear solution) qualifying as per the test, on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and prime coat-mix made using 100 part Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (Grade CSS-1) and 200 parts of Nanotechnology Solution (1 kg Terraprime :200 liter water (≤1000ppm TDS) and spraying at the rate of 1 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification.
Providing, laying and rolling of 20mm thick open-graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder with Nanotechnology based Organosilane Reactive Aggregate modifier material qualifying as per the test at the rate of 1 Kg per 1 ton of Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade or emulsion grade with Nanotechnology based material to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing . specification and direction of Engineer--in-charge.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows alongwith theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Informatory Sign Board with Logo as per MORD Specifications and Drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lowermost frame and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The topmost diamond plate will be welded to the middle plate 47mm x47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of frame post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1.

Providing and fixing typical “Citizen’s information Board” with Logo of PMGSY as per NRRDA Specifications and Drawing having two nos. MS plate of 1mm thick 900 x 750mm size each duly welded with 2 nos. vertical and 4 nos. Horizontal M.S. flat 50mm x 6mm size on back, the ends of the M.S. flats to be welded with 2x2450mm x 1150mm frame of M.S. square posts to be embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of 600mm x 600mm size and 750mm below the ground level and keeping 50mm height above the ground level, two coats of epoxy painting MS square , flats and backside of the the M.S. sheets with a coat of primer and two coats of ready mixed approved brand synthetic oil bound paint over a coat of epoxy coated priming on rear side of the M.S. plates with bands and lettering of different approved shades as directed shown in the approved design with oil bound ready mixed synthetic paint and providing 70mm x 70mm size PMGSY Logo.( As per Fig(3) of Road Signage under PMGSY published by NRRDA on Dec 06).
