Open excavation for road works, side gutters water retaining structures and large excavated areas not involving manual lift of materials such as water reservoir, foundation, dam seats and allied works in soils of all sorts, sand gravel, soft and hard murum and boulders not exceeding 0.03 Cu.M. in size, to required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated material with all lifts and upto a lead of 100 m from outside the edge of excavated area, spreading the same on embankment or stacking as directed. ( Rates excluding GST)

Cleaning of C.D. works and water way etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Hiring of JCB, including fuel, operator, etc complete.

Hiring of Tipper/Dumper(10 MT) with labours

Hiring of Poclain(Hydraulic Excavator)

Cleaning of built up gutters in Chemical Zone, New-Chemical Zone & along Main Road etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the RCC closed built-up including removing debris, waste material accumaulated inside gutter by using hydrojets including cost of machinery, skilled/unskilled labour, dewatering set & water required for its operation, including disposal off the waste material from Engineering zone to low lying area in Taloja Industrial Area as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Rates excluding GST charges).

Providing supplying operating of Super Sucker 8 hrs shift cleaning machine 9000 IR with required manpower & fuel for the period as & when asked for by MIDC Engineer Incharge for underground drainage system. The Super Sucker system shall consists of vehicle mounted super sucker machine mounted on 25 GVW chasses & dump tank on 16 GVW chassis with adequate trained manpower with fuel, oil, repairs & maintainance for trouble free operations Technical specifications 1) Vehical mounted super sucker macine mounted on 25 GVW. 2) Vehicle mounted dump tank on mounted on 16 GVW CHASSIS,3) Vaccum pump 4000 cum/hrFAD 80 % max vaccum4)High pressure jetting pump with 260 LPM capasity &pressure 140 bar 5)high pressure jetting hose 3000 PSI,25 mm dia,120 m length 6)Suction hose with quick couplers -30 m.. Removing rich mix cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.

Providing, erecting pre-cast elements such as cover slabs for drains, grills, kerbs, kerb stone, dividers, manholes, frames, manholes covers, gutters, fence posts grills, rails lintels, sills, bed blocks, steps or any other member or element as per drawings & specifications using RCC grade M-20 including shuttering as may be required, compacting by plate vibrator, curing and finishing the element where required with 1:3 cement mortar, transporting to site and erecting in position grouting with cement mortar 1:3 as may be required and curing etc. all labour and material complete. (Including cost of Steel reinforcement)( Rates excluding GST)
